Our wonderful local suppliers provide the most fantastic produce, to enable us to deliver fresh breakfasts to our guests.

- Freshly baked soda bread, shortbread, jams, marmalade and granola..
- Smoked back bacon and old fashioned pork sausages are from Bruce Clark Butchers, Nairn.
- Stornoway Black Pudding – freshly made for us by Charles Macleod (Charlie Barley) of Stornoway.
- Free Range Eggs from Milton of Kilravock Farm, just outside Nairn.
- Fresh Fish is supplied by Georges Fresh Fish, Portsoy – just along the coast!
- Fresh Berries mainly from Hardmuir Farm, only five miles from here.
- Fruits and vegetables delivered daily from Swanson’s Fruit, Nairn.
- Blossom Honey is from Local Honey from Kenneth Grant, Nairn.
- Dunlop Cheddar from the Connage Cheese Pantry in Ardersier.
- Oatmeal is from Golspie Mill, Golspie, Sutherland.
